Create and activate your assistant

Teach the assistant about your business, test it, and turn it on for real customers.

Create it

  1. Open Assistant and choose New assistant.
  2. Fill in the name, language, time zone and personality.
  3. Describe your business: products, delivery, payment methods and address.
  4. Set your business hours.

Test it first

Use the Playground to chat with the assistant as a customer would. Drafts and paused assistants only work there.

Turn it on

In the Status card choose Activate. From that moment it answers customers on every WhatsApp number that uses it. You can pause it at any time and it stops answering right away.
