Upload your catalog with a CSV file

Add many products at once from a spreadsheet.

Prepare the file

In the Catalog tab of your assistant, choose Download CSV template. Open it in your spreadsheet app and fill one row per product: name, description, price and the other columns of the template. Save it as CSV.

Upload it

  1. Open Assistant, then the Catalog tab.
  2. Pick your CSV file (up to 2 MB, one product per row) and choose Upload catalog.
  3. Check how many products were imported and which rows need correction.
  4. Fix the rows listed as problems and upload the file again.
