Add photos to your products

The assistant sends the photo when a customer asks about a product.

Add photos

  1. In the Catalog tab choose Edit on a product.
  2. In Photos choose Add photos and pick JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB each.
  3. Save the product.

Tips

  • Use a clear first photo: it is the one customers see first.
  • Hide a product with Offer it to customers turned off; hidden products are never offered or shown.
