Test your assistant by voice
Call your assistant from the browser to hear how it sounds before your customers do.
What it is
In the Playground, the Talk to your assistant card lets you have a real voice conversation with the assistant you pick. It uses the same personality, business information and rules as on WhatsApp, and you see the conversation written out as you talk.
During the call the assistant asks for your name and what you are interested in, just as it would with a customer. When you hang up, the card shows how that would look in your CRM.
Make a test call
- Open Playground and choose the assistant. On a phone, switch to Voice.
- Press Talk to my assistant and allow the microphone when your browser asks.
- Wait for Connecting to finish, then talk normally. Use Mute if you need a moment, and Hang up when you are done.
- Read the summary: how long the call lasted and what the assistant captured.
- Press Call again to try another scenario.
What is saved
Tests are not saved. The conversation and the contact the assistant captured are not stored and no prospect is created in your CRM. Only the length of the call is counted against your daily test time.
Each call lasts up to 3 minutes and you have a limited number of test minutes per day. The card tells you how many are left, and they come back the next day.
If it does not work
- The microphone is blocked: allow it from the lock icon next to the address (on iPhone Safari: aA in the address bar, Website Settings, Microphone), then try again.
- We cannot find a microphone: connect one, or close other apps or calls that are using it.
- There is already a call in progress: another tab or device is on a test call. Hang up there or wait a minute.
- You do not see the voice card: voice tests are not turned on for your account yet. The chat keeps working.
- The voice service is not answering: it is usually temporary, try again in a moment.
