Cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel whenever you want and keep the service until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid are not refunded, except for a billing error or where the law requires it. Prices are final and include VAT.

The owner or an admin can cancel from the ISSA billing settings, which open Stripe’s secure portal. There is no penalty or minimum term. When the period ends, the assistant stops answering and your data is kept until you ask to delete the organization.

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, charged to the card on file. On yearly plans we send you an email at least 7 days before the renewal with the amount and date, so you can cancel in time.

• A duplicate charge or one for an amount different from the plan you chose.
• A charge after a cancellation made in time.
• When an applicable law requires it.
• When we terminate the service without cause: we refund the unused part of the period.

The refund goes to the same card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank, and we issue the matching credit note or CFDI cancellation.

You can upgrade or downgrade from the billing settings. Before confirming you will see the amount and any proration Stripe calculates. A downgrade applies from the next period and does not refund the current one.

We issue the CFDI for each payment with the tax data registered in your organization. If you need to correct it, tell us within the same month as the payment so we can reissue it under the SAT rules.

If you do not recognize a charge, write to [email protected] within 30 days, before starting a chargeback with your bank; we will review it and reply within 5 business days at most. This does not limit your rights before Profeco where they apply.
